Dr. Dawid Goliński is a Polish strength & conditioning specialist and academic, recognised for applied testing and monitoring strategies in soccer and for bridging sport science with day-to-day coaching practice.
He is currently Strength and Conditioning Coach at Radomiak Radom (Jan 2026–present), following a multi-year role in the high-performance department at Legia Warszawa (Jun 2022–Jan 2026). Earlier, he worked as a strength & conditioning coach with WKS Śląsk Wrocław (Feb–May 2022) and Korona Kielce (Apr–Dec 2021), building broad experience across different competitive contexts in Poland.
Alongside club work, he is a key faculty member at ISSPF (Mar 2020–present), contributing practitioner-led education in soccer-specific training, with an emphasis on monitoring, assessment, and decision-making frameworks that translate data into actionable coaching outcomes.
Academically, he holds a doctorate from University of Physical Education in Wrocław, strengthening his evidence-informed approach to performance preparation, physical development, and robust monitoring systems. He works fluently in Polish and English, supporting communication across multidisciplinary departments and international environments.
